I used to love flying — my father was a WWII fighter pilot and he took me up many times when I was growing up. That love of flying translated to commercial flights as I got older. But not anymore. Thank you for shining a light on some simple practices that would make everyone’s flight so much nicer.

Nice one, Lydia, you absolutely nailed it! Flying used to be something to look forward to, but now it feels like an exhausting test of patience. Your list of etiquette rules should honestly be required reading for every traveler! It’s wild how much common courtesy has gone out the window. Do you think there’s any hope of bringing back some of that old-school travel mindset, or are we just stuck with this new reality?
